The LRC has been supporting the children from SoCO for many years. SoCO is a not-for-profit NGO, founded in 1972 to improve the lives of the underprivileged in Hong Kong. Two separate groups of 30 young children visit the club annually. The outings are always a lot of fun and the children enjoy playing team sports, games and swimming. The children are also treated to a buffet lunch.

Hong Kong Breast Cancer Foundation
The LRC hosts a series of "Pink Ribbon" fundraisers during October, officially designated as Breast Cancer Awareness Month, to benefit the Hong Kong Breast Cancer Foundation (HKBCF).
The Hong Kong Breast Cancer Foundation supports thousands of women and their families by providing the latest information on treatments, financial assistance, as well as screening and patient counselling services.
HONG KONG DOWN SYNDROME ASSOCIATION
The LRC hosts fundraising events to benefit the Hong Kong Down Syndrome Association.
All the funds raised will support the Hong Kong Down Syndrome Swimming team. This includes travelling, team expenses and support training for local and overseas competitions.
