Indoor & Outdoor Swimming Pools The LRC boasts two competition pools, one indoor and one outdoor, and a toddler’s pool. All pools are heated and use the latest in ozone technology to maintain water quality. The outdoor pool is equipped with a one and three metre springboards and a five metre platform making this one of the most unique facilities in Hong Kong. Diving lessons are provided under the instruction of a former world ranked diver. Please check the noticeboards for the timetable.
